There is no getting around it.  First we must look at the cost of our primary ingredient over the last seventeen months.  The price of all-purpose flour, purchased in bulk, has risen by more than 35 percent.  And that is not the worst of it.  Notice at the bottom of our analysis that our primary supplier was, most recently, just out-of-stock entirely.  White sugar is up similarly.
